If you\\\'ve never had Nanaimo Bars you don\\\'t know what you\\\'re missing! Chewy and chocolatey coconut filled brownies with a thick fluffy layer of sweet custard frosting, and topped off with a thin layer of melted chocolate.

1/2 C semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/3 C unsalted butter
1/2 C all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 large eggs
1/2 C granulated (white) sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 C sweetened flaked coconut

1/4 C custard powder
3 TBS milk
1/2 C unsalted butter, softened
2-3/4 C icing sugar (powdered sugar)

3/4 C semi-sweet chocolate chips
