Nanas Favorite Curry Sausages

This is an updated version of mums good old yummy curried sausages.

8 whole Beef Sausages ( or favorite type) cut into 5cm cubes - may be made with Vegan Sausages
1 Brown Onion sliced
2 cloves Garlic crushed
2 Carrots cut in half and sliced thin
2 large peeled Potatoes dice small
1 head of Broccoli cut of small sprigs
2 - 3 tablespoons Organic Curry Powder
1 tablespoon ground Cumin Powder
1 tablespoon ground Coriander Powder
1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
1 tablespoon Honey
1 teaspoon Lemongrass finely diced
1 teaspoon Ketjap Manis (found in Asian Market)
400 milliliters of Coconut Cream
4 Serves Steamed Jasmine Rice
In a large frying pan on medium high heat. Place Onion, garlic, lemongrass and diced sausages. Toss well until cooked. Add Carrot, and Potato and toss through sausage mix. Now add all the dried spices toss dry for a minute to cook out the spices, then add 150 milliliters of water, ketjap manis, fish sauce and honey. Stir through thoroughly. Now add broccoli and cook until the water has been absorbed by all vegetables. Finally add the coconut cream and simmer for around 20 minutes. Check the seasoning. Serve with jasmine rice.
