If it happens that You ride your bicycle, outside the city center, just look at landscapes instead of dreaming. You can discover, hidden in bushes, small leaves which, at a first sight, may seem meaningless. Those leaves are “nettles”, (Coming from the same family-root of those tingly ones). Get the nettles, cut and get mainly their points. Wash, mince them and prepare a simple omelette, using the tips of "nettles" as primary ingredient. Stir a little until you get a uniform mix by nettle

1 flat dish of "Nettles" (Just their points)
Olive Oil (1 tbsp.)
