When it comes to biscuit salami, I automatically think of childhood. Today I had the idea to make it a little different: more chocolatey, more creamy and with some coffee.

- 100 g biscuits (Petit Beurre), crushed;
- 2 tablespoons of roasted walnuts, crushed;
- 1 tablespoon of roasted hazelnuts, crushed;
- 100 g of dark chocolate, pieces;
- 200 ml heavy cream;
- 30 g butter;
- 1 tablespoon of rum;
- 1 teaspoon of instant coffee;
