No-Bake Butterscotch Haystacks

A super easy recipe perfect for Easter, with only 4 ingredients and less than 5 minutes of work.

2 C butterscotch chips (usually one bag)
1 C peanut butter
3 C chow mein noodles
Wax Paper
optional: egg shaped candies (I used Robin Eggs & Reese Pieces eggs), peanuts, corn flakes
