No Bake Chocolate Chip Energy Bites ~ Delicious Energy Bites Loaded with Chocolate Chips, Coconut, Oats, Flaxseed and Chia Seeds!

2 c. quick oats
1/2 c. mini chocolate chips
2/3 c. unsweetened coconut flakes
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. honey
1 tsp vanilla
1 Tbsp ground flaxseed
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1/4 tsp salt
Mix all ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Refrigerate 1 hour. Roll into 30 balls. Refrigerate for up to one week or freeze.
