No Bake Granola Bites

Tasty little bites that end your sweet craving while maintaining some sort of healthy snack. Quick to prepare and they will be sure to disappear fast!

1 cup rolled oats
2/3 cup coconut flakes
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup ground flaxseed
1/4 cup wheat germ
1/2 cup mini m&m's
1/3 cup honey
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Stir all ingredients together in a bowl until thoroughly mixed. Chill for half an hour. Once chilled, roll into balls. Store in an airtight container and keep refrigerated.
