3/4 cup Fine Graham Cracker Crumbs
1/4 cup Sugar
1/3 cup Melted Butter
2 envelopes Unflavored Gelatin
1/3 cup Water
16 ounces Cream Cheese, Softened
1 cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon Allspice
1/2 teaspoon Ginger
2 1/2 cups Roasted Pumpkin Puree Or Canned Pumpkin
