No-bake eggnog and caramel cheesecakes with a gingersnap crust.

1 cup gingersnap cookie crumbs (from about 20 small ginger snap cookies)
2 tablespoons butter, melted
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 cup eggnog
2 tablespoons Smucker\'s Simple Delight Salted Caramel Sauce, plus more for garnish
1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
