Deliciously creamy and fudgy no-bake Nutella bars topped with white chocolate!

For the Nutella Layer
1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter, melted
1 and 1/2 cups (187g) icing sugar
1 and 1/2 cups (300g) caster sugar
1 and 1/4 cups (300g) Nutella
For the Chocolate Layer
1 cup (175g) white chocolate chips
