Ingredients for 4 people

4 pcs White Potatoes
100 g smoked salmon
1 piece red onion
1 piece red apple
3 pcs pickles
500 g natural yoghurt 3.5% fat
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 bunches Dill
Sea salt
Black pepper
1. Mix boiled sliced potatoes with olive oil, then add onion rings, diced apple , pickles sliced thin and salmon cut in thin bite size pieces. 2. Sprinkle salt and pepper. 3. Mix yogurt with chopped dill and add them over the salad. 4. Decorated everything with dill leaves. Enjoy! Recommendation: To preserve flavor and nutritional qualities, boil the potatoes in their skins with salt or, preferably, in steam. If you do not have a steamer, put a pot of water to boil, place the potatoes in a sieve, then put the sieve over the brewing water and cover the dish. Boiling this way takes place in about 45 minutes. Check if potatoes are cooked with a thin spike. If it enters without resistance, the potatoes are cooked. For more flavor, dill is good to be cut whole, after first having been washed in cold water.
