These scrumptious cookies have the perfect amount of crunch on the outside and the right amount of chewiness in the middle. Plus, they're filled with chocolate and drizzled with chocolate peanut butter! Does it get any better?!

1/2 Cup butter, softened
1/2 Cup sugar
1/2 Cup packed brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 Cups flour
1 tsp hot water
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp nutmeg

1/2 Cup semi sweet chocolate chips
1/4 Cup peanut butter
