Nut Spread Cream With White Chocolate

This Is a yummi-home made version of nuts cream with white chocolate, try it ! ? It\\\'s sweet but not too much! Try it on cookies or simply on a slice of bread, you\\\'ll not regret it!

1 Cup / 100 gr of toasted nuts
4 tbsp / 80 gr of Sugar
4 1/2 tbsp / 90 gr of milk
2 1/2 / 50 gr of vegetable oil
7 Oz / 200gr of White chocolate

Grind the nuts in a Blender with 2 tbsp of milk until you make a cream. Then, melt the White chocolate and the remaining milk in a bain-marie. When melted, add the Sugar, the oil and the grinded nuts. Stir...
