A nutritious breakfast smoothie to help you kickstart your day into full gear!

1/2 Cup Almond Milk
1/2 Cup Yogurt (plain or flavored)
1/2 Cup Pineapple Juice
1 Cup Strawberries (fresh or frozen)
1 Banana
1 Cup Frozen Berries (raspberries, blueberries, etc)
2 Cups Spinach Leaves
1/2 Cup Baby Carrots
1 Tbsp Steel Cut Oats
2 Tbsp Flax Seed
2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
8-10 Cubes of Ice
Place all ingredients into your blender and blend away! Blend until the consistency is to your liking Add more liquid as desired
