Nutter Butter Special K Bars

You are going to love these delicious No Bake Nutter Butter Special K Bars. They are the perfect dessert when you don’t have a lot of time. The bottom layer has a whole package of Nutter Butter Cookies. They are our new family favorite!

1 (16 ounce) package of Nutter Butter Cookies
4 cups Special K cereal
1/2 cup butter
1 cup Karo syrup
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
Frosting
1/2 cup butter ( softened )
3 Tablespoons cocoa powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 Tablespoons milk
3-4 cups powdered sugar
