Oat Flour Chocolate Chip Cookies

My sister says these are the BEST chocolate chip cookies. They have different kinds of chocolate and flour. They are so good!

2 cups butter, softened (do not substitute margarine)
4 cups flour
2 tsp baking soda
2 cups sugar
2 cups oat flour
24 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
8 ounces milk chocolate chips
2 cups packed brown sugar
1 tsp salt
4 eggs
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
3 cups chopped pecans
