A simple delicious snack or breakfast bar, made with all natural ingredients and incredibly healthy. Low in fat, high in fiber, this colorful, healthy snack will give you plenty of energy that will last with you throughout the day.

2 cups of rolled oats
1&1/2 cups of sunflower seeds
1/4 cup of honey
1/4 cup of peanut butter
1 tbsp. of brown sugar
1/2 cup of raspberries
1/2 cup of blackberries
1&1/2 cups of sunflower seeds

1. Mix the rolled oats and sunflower seeds in a large bowl.
2. Add honey, peanut butter, brown sugar, raspberries and blackberries in sauce pan.
2. Stir the ingredients together while smashing up the berries. (about 5-10 minutes)
4. When mixed together thoroughly, pour the mixture into the bowl containing the sunflower seeds and oats and stir thoroughly.
5. Line a baking pan with plastic wrap, scoop mixture in and spread evenly across pan.
6. Place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes and afterwards you will have delicious healthy snack bars.
