Homemade oatmeal bars filled with fruit filling.

1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1 1/2 cups old fashioned oats
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
3/4 cup unsalted butter, cold chopped into 1/2 inch cubes
2 tablespoons cold water
1 cup fruit preserves or jam, any flavor

Preheat the oven to 350º F. Lightly grease a 9x13 baking dish. Line it with parchment paper and grease the parchment paper.
In a food processor add the flour, oats, and brown sugar. Pulse for 30 seconds....
