Simple oatmeal bars stuffed with Nutella, chocolate, and chopped Ferrero Rocher candies.

1 ½ cups quick cooking oats
¾ cup packed light brown sugar
1 cup all-purpose flour, plus 3 Tbs
½ tsp baking soda
1 1/3 cup milk chocolate chips
¾ cup Nutella
½ cup chopped Ferrero Rocher candies, plus 3 Tbs
