For the Bars
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup peanut butter
1 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup chocolate chips
For the Glaze
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 cup powdered sugar
6 Tablespoons milk
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup peanut butter
1 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup chocolate chips
For the Glaze
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 cup powdered sugar
6 Tablespoons milk
Cream the butter and sugars. Add the peanut butter, egg, and vanilla and cream again. Sift together the flour, baking soda, salt, and oats. Add to the creamed mixture and beat on low until mixed in.
