1/2 c. butter, softened
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. all purpose flour
1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. quick oats
3/4 c. raisins
Whisk all ingredients together except raisins. Gently stir in raisins. Spoon dough into greased muffin tin. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.
