Soft and delicious rolls made with healthy oats. Everyone loves these yummy rolls!

1 1/2 cups boiling water
1 cup oats
2 Tbsp oil
2 tsp salt
3/4 cup cold water
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup molasses
2 1/4 tsp SAF instant yeast
4 3/4- 5 1/4 cups flour (I usually substitute 2 cups of the white flour with whole wheat flour)
