Oats and Honey Granola

Oats and honey are the key to this simple granola. Mix in any dried fruit you prefer for a tasty and healthy treat.

3 cups rolled oats (not quick)
1/2 cup nuts
1/2 cup ground flax
1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup honey
2/3+ cup Craisins (and/or any dried fruit and chocolate chips or any add-ins, totaling no more than 1 cup)
Prepare 9x13 pan with baking spray. Mix oats, nuts, flax in large bowl or the 9x13 pan.
