Oats are my first love, oh nah !! I mean second love since I met Mr. beet ;) I am a health freak git and consuming oats in all possible way is my one of my ways of having a healthy diet. Recently , there is a new addition to my love list -Beetroot , it contains valuable nutrients that help in lower your blood pressure, fight cancer and inflammation, boost your stamina, and support detoxification and also used a source of natural sugar so why not to take best out of them. So decided to introduce

2 Medium size beetroot ( boiled , peeled and chopped)
2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup dates (chopped)
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 almonds( cut in small pieces)
2ts cinnamon powder
1 ts nutmeg powder
2 tbs olive or canola oil (or any vegetable oil)
1 cup water
1/4 ts salt
