oats recipes page. Only thing I must want everything hot, whatever it is I can eat. And this upma is one I often make but never thought of blogging about it here. But I cheat sometimes making it without vegetables. But Its always better to add few vegetables, to make it healthy and tasty too. But such simple and easy recipe you can make it for yourself. I had with fresh squeezed orange juice. And here is the cute napkin you gave Sharmi, atlast I used it properly and thanks for the same :)

Quick cook oats 1 cup
Onion 1
Mixed vegetables 3/4 cup
Green chilli 3
Water 1/2 cup
Salt As needed
Coconut oil/ sesame oil 1 tsp

To temper
Oil 2 tsp
Mustard 3/4 tsp
Urad dal 1 tsp
Channa dal 2 tsp
Curry leaves 1 sprig
