Old Fashioned Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies

Soft pumpkin chocolate chip that grandma used to make, making them old-fashioned in my book.. Brings back those precious memories of baking.

1 cup canned pumpkin
1 large egg
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 Tablespoons brown sugar
1/4 cup + 2 Tablespoons canola oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 cups all purpose flour
1 1/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
