Olive oil cheesy pizza muffins

Quick, easy muffins with cheese, bacon and pizza sauce. Made only with a bowl and a fork!

2 cups all purpose flour
2 tablespoons potato flour (or corn flour)
2½ teaspoons baking
1 teaspoon soda
1 tablespoon sugar
¾ teaspoon salt
Pinch of pepper
1 tablespoon oregano
1 teaspoon thyme

1 egg, beaten
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons water
¼ cup olive oil

1¼ cups grated cheese (parmesan, sharp cheddar, or naxos gruyere)
1 cup good quality ham in small cubes
½ cup kalamata black olives

3 tablespoons tomato paste + 3 tablespoons water
or
6 tablespoons of your favorite pizza sauce
Some extra grated cheese for sprinkling (about 4-6 tablespoons)
Some extra oregano for sprinkling

This cheese bake is very easy and quick, so anyone can make this, including those who have lots to do or those of you who have not enough time.

100 g Prawn
1/2 Bloccoli
Sauce:
6 tbsp Mayonnaise
4 tbsp Milk
1/2 tsp Mastard
100 g Cheese
1 pinch Salt
1 pinch Pepper
4 people

1. Cut the big prawn in half.

2. Put mayonnaise, milk, mustard , salt and pepper in a jam jar. Close the lid and shake it.

For the Dough:

2 t ground cinnamon
3 T granulated sugar
