Omelette of an Egg


As we all know eggs are highly nutritious. They contain protein and vitamins. However the yolk also comes with cholesterol. However 1 egg a day is allowed. :) Since I wanted to make this breakfast a healthy one like I mostly do, I chose to mix 1 serving of egg whites and 1 egg. 1 Egg
1 serving of egg whites ( I used All Whites)
1 tsp flax seed powder
1 tbsp chopped cilantro
1 tbsp fat free milk
1 tbsp grated cheese ( I used Garlic and Pesto Monterey Jack Cheese from Publix Deli)
Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking spray

Who doesn't love having a good Caesar salad! However, having Caesar salad in restaurants is never a healthy choice. As, it is always loaded with excess fats and calories. I have prepared an entirely healthy homemade Caesar salad in a tortilla bowl that rivals that of any restaurant.
