All the fluffiness and deliciousness of an omelette, without the hassle of flipping the eggs!

12 eggs
1 tablespoon oil
1 ½ cups of veggies, I used mushrooms, yellow pepper, and broccoli.
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
½ cup cheese, shredded
½ cup grape tomatoes
Salt and pepper
Tobasco sauce
½ teaspoon paprika
½ cup milk
¼ cup parsley, chopped

Preheat oven to 350.
Add oil to pan over medium heat.
Add onions and garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
