One Pan Baked Parmesan Chicken and Vegetables

6 boneless ( skinless chicken breasts )
6 Tablespoons butter
1 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
½ teaspoon garlic powder
2 Tablespoons olive oil
8 baby red potatoes ( diced )
1 pound asparagus ( cut into bite-sized pieces )
Salt and pepper ( to taste )
