One pan Cheesy Chicken, Broccoli and Rice

Ingredients:
3 Tbsp. Olive oil
1/2 Onion, finely chopped
1 Lb. Boneless chicken, cut into bite sized pieces
2 Cloves garlic, minced
salt and pepper, to taste
1 Cup uncooked white rice
2 Cups broccoli florets, cut into bite sized pieces
2 1/2 Cups chicken broth
2 Cups shredded cheddar cheese
3 Tbsp. Olive oil

Directions
In a large skillet or pan, saute onions in two tbsp. of olive oil over medium heat.
