Homemade takeout has never been easier than with One Pan Mongolian Beef with Rice and Veggies! Our favorite week night meal.

1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
1 tablespoon minced garlic
2 teaspoons minced ginger
½ cup soy sauce
½ cup water
¾ cup dark brown sugar
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 cup Vegetable oil
1½ pounds flank steak, thinly sliced against the grain
1/4 cup cornstarch
1 cup chopped broccoli
1 cup snow peas
1 1/2 cup long grain white rice (not instant rice)
1 1/2 cups water
1 1/2 cup chicken broth (or water)
salt and pepper to taste
