One-Pot Bacon Cheeseburger Mac & Cheese, quick, easy and family friendly!
5 slices bacon, chopped
1 lb lean ground beef
3 ½ cups high fiber macaroni (see note above for other types)
1 ½ cups chicken broth or water
2 cups 1% milk
½ tsp salt (or more, to taste)
Additional ¼ - ¾ cup 1% milk if needed
2 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
Chopped green onions
1 lb lean ground beef
3 ½ cups high fiber macaroni (see note above for other types)
1 ½ cups chicken broth or water
