1/4 teaspoon chipotle chile powder
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon ground turmeric
1 cup long grain white rice
1/4 cup green olives ( sliced )
1 teaspoon capers ( whole )
2 cups chicken broth or water
1 cup arugula
Parsley ( for garnish )
