2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt & pepper
1 cup white rice
2 cups chicken broth
1 8 oz can tomato sauce
1 tsp beef bouillon, or 1 beef bouillon cube
2 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 cup frozen peas & 1/2 cup frozen corn
2 tbsp olive oil

1 cup white rice
