One Pot Red Beans and Rice

This tasty meal is a quick fix for any weeknight. AND there\'s very little dishes to clean when you\'re finished.

2 cups onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
12 ounces turkey kielbasa, sliced
1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
14 ounces canned tomatoes
2 cups fat free chicken broth
1 cup basmati rice
28 ounces canned kidney beans, rinsed and drained
