Whenever I feel bored with regular chapathi/roti I try to make it more interesting and healthy with very few changes and that often becomes an entirely new and tasty dish.As most of you know quesadilla is a famous Mexican dish,where a corn or flour tortilla is filled with cheese and few other optional ingredients. I have already blogged a version of vegetable quesadilla here.In the previous recipe,I had sauteed the veggies with few spices and then used them to make quesadilla but in this recipe

Ingredients:
For wheat tortilla
1 cup whole wheat flour
2 tablespoons oil
Salt
For filling:
2 large tomatoes chopped very fine
1 large onion chopped fine
1/2 cup grated cheese(jack cheese/cheddar)
Chilli flakes
