Ooey Gooey Rolo Cookies

Ever bite in to a cookie with a Rolo in the center? If not. You are missing out. If so. You know what amazingness lies within. These are the most chocolatey caramel bits of heaven.

3 c. flour
3/4 c. cocoa
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. butter or margarine
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
48-50 Rolos
