Orange Banana Breakfast Bars

These are super easy, yummy, and healthy!

3 mashed bananas
1/3 cup apple sauce – I used natural and unsweetened
2 cups uncooked quick-cooking oats
1/2 cup orange juice
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp sweetener of your choice (optional); I didn’t add any.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix well all ingredients and let stand for at least 5 minutes for the oats to soak up some of the liquid. Place into greased pan and bake for about a half hour.
