A bright, citrusy loaf perfect to perk up a winter day or welcome in spring.

3 large eggs
¾ cup granulated sugar
? cup vegetable oil
2 tsp vanilla
1½ cups all purpose flour
1 Tbsp grated orange zest
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
? cup light (5%) sour cream (NOT fat free)
¼ cup fresh orange juice
GLAZE:
1 cup icing sugar
3-4 tsp orange juice
½ tsp orange zest
