Oreo Bombs

Allow the cream cheese to soften. Grind the Oreos in a food processor until smooth Knead the cream cheese into the ground up Oreos - it will become almost doughy Pick off bits of the dough and roll into balls Place on parchment paper on a cookie sheet Freeze through - at least 4 hours (I do overnight) Melt the chocolate in a small sauce pan Dip the frozen balls into the hot chocolate to cover them completely Place back on parchment paper and drizzle with decorations Refrigerate until chocolate is hardened Keep refrigerated until ready to serve Holiday ideas: Pictured is milk chocolate topped with Halloween sprinkles. For Christmas I'll use white chocolate and top with crushed candy canes.
