A hidden Oreo truffle makes these vanilla cupcakes so fun to eat

1 package Oreo cookies, divided
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 vanilla cake mix (15.25 oz.)
1 container canned chocolate frosting
1 cup shortening
1 cup butter
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 Tablespoons whipping cream
1 Tablespoon vanilla
8 cups powdered sugar (32 oz. bag)

Crush 24 Oreo cookies into crumbs. Beat in the softened cream cheese. Roll into at least 24 balls that are 1 1/2 inch big. Freeze for 30 minutes. Mix up the cake mix according to the package directions....

15 oz tomato sauce
14.5 oz petite diced tomatoes

2 c cooked white rice
