When my team announced that we were having our annual Thanksgiving banquet today, I immediately got excited to try out a recipe I have been drooling over for a while. Oreo Upside-Down Mini Cheesecakes. Doesn't that just sound absolutely amazing? Mini Cheesecakes with cookies and cream goodness, topped with an Oreo. Yum!! Say no more--I'm sold! Oreos (approx. 19)
2 packages (8oz) of cream cheese--softened
1/2 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of sour cream
**(I am willingly to bet that you could sub. greek yogurt as a healthier option; however I am not a nutrition expert and you may should look into this more before trying out this option)
