It's a great breakfast or dinner, like we had, especially with some sausage or bacon! We drizzled maple syrup over ours, but you can also sprinkle it with some powdered sugar. It's also super quick to make. So great when there isn't alot of time for a meal.

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
