Paleo Meat Bagel

What a fun way to make a burger!
6
1 1/2 onion, diced
1 TBSP bacon fat (can also use butter)
2 lb ground pork (or other ground meat)
2 large eggs
2/3 cup spaghetti sauce
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground pepper
1 TBSP bacon fat (can also use butter)
2 lb ground pork (or other ground meat)
2 large eggs
2/3 cup spaghetti sauce
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground pepper
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Line a 9x13 baking dish with parchment paper.
Melt the bacon fat in a frying pan and saute the onions over medium heat until translucent. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
Mix all ingredients, including the cooled onions, in a bowl. Best to use your hands to make sure all ingredients are spread evenly.
Divide the meat into 6 portions. Roll each portion into a ball and then indent the middle and flatten slightly to form a bagel shape.
Place the "bagel" into the baking dish and repeat with rest of meat.
Cook at 400 for 40 minutes or until the meat is fully cooked.
Slice the meat just like a bagel and fill with desired toppings, such as tomato slices, avacado, lettuce, etc.
