1 pound sea scallops
2 cups orzo pasta, cooked
2 cups baby kale
2 cups baby spinach
2 cups grape tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup dijon mustard
1/8 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
