Delicious breakfast that tastes like a pancake and looks like a popover! You can top with powdered sugar, cinnamon sugar, fresh fruit or syrup.

1 c. whole milk 
1/4 c. melted butter
6 eggs
1 cup flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
dash of salt

Preheat oven to 400ยบ.  Grease muffin tins.  Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until completely mixed and smooth.  Fill greased muffin tins about 1/2 full.  This is just about 1/4 cup of batter or maybe a little less per cup.  Bake for 15 minutes.  They should puff up and be golden brown.  Enjoy!  This makes about 18-24 pancakes.
