Pancake Sausage Casserole

Two breakfast favorites in one easy dish.

14 sausage links
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
3 tablespoons canola oil
2 eggs
1 cup milk
Preheat oven to 350º F. Spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray. Brown sausage until almost cooked through. Place sausage in prepared baking dish in two rows of eight. In a medium bowl combine the flour, baking powder, canola oil, eggs and milk. Mix well. Pour batter over sausage. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until cook through.
