Pancakes with Cheese

3 eggs
salt -to taste
150 g flour
100 ml fresh milk , warm
4 tablespoons oil
125 g cheese
Whisk the eggs in a medium bowl. Sprinkle with salt. Add flour and fresh milk, to obtain a smooth dough. Heat the butter or oil in a small frying pan with high heat. Pour 1-2 tablespoons of dough and rotated quickly pan to evenly cover bottom of pan. The pancakes are fried until the full readiness of the two sides. The pancakes are sprinkled with cheese and serve hot.
