3 chicken breasts
3/4 - 1 cup cooking oil
1 cup flour divided
2/3 cup panko
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon seasoning salt Lawry's
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/8 teaspoon onion powder
1 large egg beaten
3 tablespoon milk
